Position Summary:

We have an opening on our Integrated Risk Management lead generation team that is a great first step into more advanced B2B functions such as Marketing, Implementation, Sales or Customer Success.
In this role you will be utilizing NAVEX’s database to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team. You will develop deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry as well as build skills for further career growth to demonstrate persistence, increase ability to overcome obstacles and achieve assigned goals.
As a NAVEX Business Development Representative, you will thrive alongside an engaged and collaborative team invested in supporting your success! In this hybrid role you will be working with colleagues in our Lake Oswego, Oregon headquarters or Charlotte, NC office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays each week.
